Job Summary
Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration using Safelite’s tools, in-shop or at customer locations. Operate Safelite’s tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, MRM) and a company van, delivering safe, high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Flexible hours with workloads fluctuating; physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather. Prioritize safety and professionalism, communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone, and participate in ongoing training with opportunities like tuition reimbursement. Must hold a valid driver’s license and Safelite SafeTech certification.
Required Qualifications
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required
- Safelite SafeTech certification required
- Ability to operate a Safelite van and follow safety policies
- Comfort working outside in various weather conditions
- Professional appearance and PPE
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, work at elevated heights, stand for extended periods
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and interpret technical directions
