Job Summary
At the front line of Safelite experience, the Auto Glass Technician delivers vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, leveraging Safelite training and tools to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include recalibrating automotive safety systems, diagnosing issues with computerized tools, safely operating company and customer vehicles, communicating with customers in-person and via phone/text, presenting and promoting Safelite services, and performing duties as assigned while adhering to policies and standards. Proficiency with Safelite tools (True Seal®, Ezi-WireTM, Glass Table System, and MRM technology) and a focus on safety, quality, and customer service are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license any other license(s) (as required by federal, state and local laws) to operate a company vehicle.
- Safelite SafeTechTM certification Required
