Job Summary
Perform audit or review procedures, assist in projects, and understand client business models and accounting systems. Assess risks, evaluate internal control structures, and execute analytical procedures, substantive tests, and tests of controls to resolve accounting issues. Document findings and review or assist in drafting financial statements and client deliverables. This role requires a CPA-eligible candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting to work as an effective team member meeting strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field
- Must be CPA eligible and working towards obtaining the license by taking and passing the applicable state CPA exam
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States and United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards
