Job Summary
As an Experienced Audit Professional, you will conduct financial audits for local and international clients while ensuring compliance with various reporting standards. Your role includes building strong client relationships, mentoring less experienced team members, and guiding project teams to achieve key deliverables. The position requires at least one year of auditing experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in English and Bulgarian and strong accounting knowledge are essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial auditing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus)
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- ACCA progress would be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Bulgarian and English; second foreign language is an advantage
