Job Summary
Experienced Associate role in Lincoln International's Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team. Build and review sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, market comps, precedent transactions), prepare board-level presentations, and manage engagement timelines and diligence for engagements involving M&A, restructuring, recapitalization, and spin-offs for public/private companies and leading private equity firms. Opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on fairness and solvency opinions, valuations, and advisory support to clients; strong emphasis on technical finance skills, advanced Excel, and effective communication with teammates and clients. Hybrid work structure with in-office Mondays-Thursday and optional remote on Fridays; multiple U.S. office locations (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Three to five years of professional experience in financial services (investment banking or valuations) preferred
- Active CPA and/or CFA Level I preferred but not required

- CPA
- CFA Level I preferred
