Job Summary
As an Experienced Associate at PwC, you will be responsible for developing and writing computer programs aligned with organizational goals, creating workflow diagrams, and conducting software tests to identify and resolve bugs. You will collaborate with team members and clients to understand their software needs, and perform regular audits to improve software efficiency. Key skills required include strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel Framework), MySQL, and JavaScript, along with experience in version control tools and a commitment to maintaining best coding practices. Candidates must have a recognized degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in software development.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field
- Strong knowledge, experience and understanding of PHP (Laravel Framework), OOP Concept, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery, React)
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages/concepts and understanding of app architecture
- Experience with Git, Subversion or other version control tools and IDEs like VS Code
- Ability to write readable, well-maintained code and create extensive documentation
- Strong critical/logical thinking skills for problem solving and coding with a security mindset
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development life-cycle
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
