Job Summary
Perform financial analyses to support advisory transactions and highlight key takeaways while carefully reviewing and providing guidance to Analyst teammates. Lead diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential and live transactions, and actively participate in client meetings and drafting sessions. Anticipate potential deal challenges and elevate concerns through to team members in real time, while driving the creation of strategic frameworks and transaction artifacts. This role involves working across the sell-side M&A team with colleagues in Boston, London, and New York on small transaction teams. Candidates must possess 4+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in investment banking or M&A, with the SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 acquired within 150 days of employment.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- 1-3 years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience
- Sell-side advisory experience
