Job Summary
Join our Digital Tax team as an Experienced Associate, where you will contribute to the development of technology tools and data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights for tax processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and manage projects from design to deployment. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and contribute to training on digital tools. A background in quantitative fields and proficiency in coding (.NET, MS SQL) are essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and experience in DevOps are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised degree in Quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.), Information Technology or related field
- Ability to code in .NET
- In-depth understanding of MS SQL
- Ability to troubleshoot application systems independently
- Effective team player
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience/ Proficiency with LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, or other numerical programming frameworks
- Experience/ Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Alteryx or other programming languages
- Worked with DevOps or GitHub
- Knowledge in designing or maintaining workflow processes in BPM
- K2 or Nintex BPM knowledge
