Job Summary
As an Experienced Associate in Transaction Services, you will proactively manage multiple clients, coach junior staff, and establish effective relationships with stakeholders. The role involves collaborating on financial and operational due diligence, leading client interactions, and identifying potential deal issues. Successful candidates will exhibit strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to synthesize information for innovative solutions, while demonstrating integrity and a strong work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Mathematics
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in external audit, corporate finance, financial reporting, or transaction support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, English and Russian
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI/GenAI tools
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
- ACCA or CFA candidacy/membership
- Knowledge of IFRS
