Experienced Asphalt Plant Operator responsible for operating asphalt plant machinery, adhering to MSHA and H&K Safety policies, learning plant functions, cross-training to cover all plant roles, taking direction from and working in a team with site personnel, and substituting tasks as needed. Requires strong attention to detail, safety focus, effective verbal and written communication, ability to meet physical requirements, and prior plant operator experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED)
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- At least 5+ years of Plant Operator experience
- MSHA or other relevant safety certification
