Job Summary
Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently, including rollers for proper compaction, pavers, and skid steers. Perform asphalt raking and hand finishing while assisting with paving roads, parking lots, and commercial sites. Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule, inspect equipment before and after use, and maintain a safe, productive job site following all safety procedures. Requires previous asphalt paving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in hot weather.

- Ability to work outdoors in hot weather and varying conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
