Job Summary
Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steer loaders while performing pre-start inspections and maintaining plant equipment. Support paving operations to meet quality, finish, and production targets by following site-specific health, safety, and environmental requirements. Participate in daily pre-start meetings to identify hazards and assist with general labouring duties as needed. Requires Class 2 Driver Licence with WTR endorsements, Class 4 preferred, and flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating asphalt paving equipment within a civil construction environment
- Experience working around asphalt paving crews and delivering quality paving outcomes
- Class 2 Driver Licence with WTR endorsements
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and commitment to health and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake labouring duties when required
- Flexibility to work day shifts, night shifts and occasional weekends
- All successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre‐employment medical and drug screen prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Class 4 Driver Licence preferred
