Job Summary
Execute high-level pruning and complex tree removals using advanced climbing, rigging, and aerial lift techniques. Operate chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders while maintaining a safety-first culture. Direct ground crews to manage job site efficiency and prepare for a transition into a Crew Lead position. Act as a subject matter expert communicating with Tulsa homeowners to ensure expectations are exceeded. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license, DOT certification, and mastery of modern climbing gear. Full-time, year-round employment offers a Monday-Friday schedule with clear advancement pathways within our rapidly expanding Tulsa market.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in professional tree climbing and technical rigging
- Mastery of modern climbing gear (SRT/SRS or MRS) and aerial safety standards
- A desire to lead a team, maintain equipment, and take ownership of daily production
- Ability to work aloft for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to thrive in all Oklahoma weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DOT certification
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Successful completion of an MVR check
- Successful completion of a DOT physical (where applicable)
