Job Summary

Prepare, complete, and review financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses to support fairness and solvency opinions. Analyze SEC filings, investor presentations, and equity research to calculate trading multiples and build market-based valuation models. Research market data and transactional trends to synthesize insights for client pitches, white papers, and market perspectives. Assist in preparing client deliverables and discussion materials while maintaining proprietary valuation databases. Collaborate with senior officers and clients to align work streams with project timelines and prepare marketing materials for meetings. Work in-office Monday through Thursday with remote or office options on Fridays.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from top tier institution; strong academic record (both undergraduate and graduate)
  • Proficiency at financial modeling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Effective organizational skills and the aptitude to manage people and work products
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients
  • One year of professional services experience in the financial services industry, such as investment banking, valuations, or accounting is strongly preferred
