Job Summary
Experienced Analyst to join Guggenheim Securities' Power, Utilities and Renewables Investment Banking team in London. Responsibilities include developing financial and accounting analyses and helping identify, research, and analyze M&A and financing opportunities; performing day-to-day project management and execution on advisory and financing transactions; developing and monitoring complex financial models for corporate finance alternatives; conducting financial and valuation analyses using industry standard and proprietary models; researching company information and industry trends; performing client due diligence; preparing information memoranda and transaction-related documentation; delivering client presentations and interacting with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants; managing interactions with clients and consultants. Requirements: undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a top university and 1-3 years’ investment banking experience (preferably in M&A or corporate finance) or related corporate industry experience; strong modeling and valuation experience. Location is London, with expectation to be in the office at least 4 days per week.
