Job Summary
Support deal teams in developing, maintaining, and using financial models, including discounted cash flow and multiple valuation analysis. Perform company and industry research to develop innovative solutions for clients, then prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers, lawyers, and accountants. Gain an in-depth understanding of M&A deal processes while balancing multiple priorities in an unstructured environment. Work across sell-side M&A teams in Boston, London, and New York on major strategic assignments. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of investment banking experience, and Series 79/63 licenses within 150 days. Based in the Atlanta office, at least four days per week.
Required Qualifications

- Capable of balancing and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Curious and resourceful businessperson with strong understanding of accounting and finance
- Detail-oriented, organized, with initiative and ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm
- Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience
- SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment
- Currently, this role is expected to be in the Atlanta office at least 4 days per week
