Experienced AI adoption Lead

Lead and coordinate AI for All initiatives, including acculturation programs, trainings, and large-scale adoption of AI tools such as Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio. Own and structure the AI demand pipeline, including business case collection, tracking, and follow-up across entities. Ensure all AI initiatives comply with SG/Ayvens frameworks by coordinating required validations and supporting governance processes. Manage the AI project portfolio, stakeholder alignment, business cases, delivery roadmap, risks, governance, and the scaling of AI solutions across markets and business domains. Act as a central point of coordination across business, IT, risk, legal, architecture, and central SG teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Drive communication and visibility of AI initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across countries and functions. Support and monitor AI delivery at scale, ensuring structured execution, removal of bottlenecks, and acceleration of go-live timelines.
