Job Summary
Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial experiences to clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network. Maintain accurate documentation, manage supplies responsibly, and follow Pinch clinical protocols while collaborating with the provider network and support team. Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book. Requires an active Massachusetts State APRN license, injectables experience, and prior aesthetics clinical background. Treat 10-50 clients monthly with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts State APRN license
- Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
- Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety
- Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
Desired Qualifications
- Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
- Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
