Job Summary
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, then support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Assist with internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA certification, and 3+ years of experience in a BPO or service-based industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential, along with knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
