Job Summary

Experienced Account Manager to own an existing customer portfolio, drive renewals and revenue expansion, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders across accounts, lead regular business reviews, coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure goals are met, monitor account signals to proactively address risk, and feed insights back to improve the offering. The role requires relationship-building, a value-driven selling approach, and the ability to navigate complex accounts to protect retention and grow contracts. The position is based in Belgium with a hybrid working model that enables part-time remote work.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent through experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related commercial role — preferably in SaaS or B2B technology
  • Proven track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
  • Fluency in English and Dutch required; French, German, or other languages are a plus
  • Experience managing renewals or expansion revenue in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to account management
  • Based in Belgium
