Job Summary
Experienced 2’s Teacher to support potty training and early childhood development for 2-year-olds. Responsibilities include creating a warm, welcoming classroom; supporting daily potty training routines with patience and positivity; implementing The Learning Experience’s proprietary LEAP Curriculum; ensuring a safe, nurturing space for learning and growth; communicating regularly with families regarding milestones and potty training progress; building strong relationships with children, families, and the teaching team; collaborating with center leadership to support enrollment and classroom success.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6+ months required
- Potty training experience with toddlers strongly preferred
- Associate Degree in ECE or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Must meet all state licensing requirements
