Job Summary
Experienced pediatric home care nurse needed to provide one-on-one care to children and young adults in patients' homes. Responsibilities include delivering individualized nursing care under a physician plan of care, coordinating with families, and utilizing expertise in G-TUBE, TRACH, and VENT care. Must hold an active Florida RN or LPN license and have pediatric nursing experience; CPR certification and strong communication skills required. Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio across multiple Florida locations (Fort Pierce, Indiantown, Vero Beach, Melbourne, Port St Lucie, Palm Bay). Pay range $31-$33 per hour, with weekly direct deposit and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida RN or LPN license
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Experience with G-TUBE, TRACH, and VENT care
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency
- 1 year of high-acuity pediatric home care experience (preferred)
