Job Summary

Execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, managing audience segmentation and reporting performance metrics to the Marketing Manager. Produce newsletter content, including writing, curation, and formatting, while maintaining a production schedule for blogs and design requests in Canva and Google Slides. Coordinate with stakeholders to triage marketing requests in Asana, track deadlines, and organize campaign documentation and assets. Support event communications for Tulsa Visa Network, Elevate Your Career, and other talent initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of copy and follow-up materials. Maintain an integrated campaign calendar and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align messaging with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in a nonprofit setting
  • Experience in a social impact setting
  • Experience in a talent attraction setting
  • Experience in a destination marketing setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly, promptly, and appropriately for the audience
  • Ability to share updates proactively
  • Ability to explain work with clarity
  • Ability to select suitable communication channels with growing independence
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to actively engage in open dialogue and feedback sessions

  • Regular in-person meetings will be required
  • A typical work week is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours for events
  • A valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
