Experience Specialist- PFCU Durand Branch

Member-focused Experience Specialist at PFCU Durand Branch will greet and serve members, handle cash transactions, educate members on credit union products, maintain accurate cash handling, and ensure compliance with policies and security procedures while building member relationships and delivering exceptional service across multiple levels of responsibility. Responsibilities evolve through Level I–III with increasing scope including opening accounts, notary duties, and leadership tasks; requires strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills, adherence to MARC service standards, and ability to manage daily branch duties and cross-sell products.
