Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of experience researchers and UX designers to design, execute, and detail findings from experience research studies. Develop and implement innovative studies to enhance user experience and align with organizational strategy. Transform research findings into practical, actionable recommendations that boost user satisfaction and engagement, while driving measurable business outcomes. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, oversee research plans, stay ahead of evolving methodologies, and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences and senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in experience research, user experience design, or related field with a focus on leading research initiatives and teams
- expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- advanced proficiency in survey and interview design, ethnography, and accessibility guidelines
- ability to design and manage a multi-faceted research program
- strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
- ability to translate complex problems into actionable research plans and recommendations
- strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and supporting designers in research endeavors
- experience supporting research at scale across regions and product areas
