Experience Platform Analyst

Job Summary
Own the long-term direction, health, and evolution of the Member Experience communication and platforms by defining and prioritizing enhancements while partnering with business units, the UI/UX team, and vendors. Serve as the subject matter expert for the platform portfolio, coordinating execution through App Support and translating business needs into executable work without performing direct configuration. Lead new use-case onboarding, establish testing governance and validation scenarios, and maintain configuration documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance. Create education materials, participate in office hours, and collaborate with the MX Data Analyst to share communication effectiveness trends. Partner with business units to shape ideas into well-defined initiatives and ensure member-facing outputs are consistent and on-brand.
Required Qualifications
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
- A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, communication, accounting, business administration, or a related field of study
- Strong communication and written skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical, vendor management, and platform/product ownership skills, with an emphasis on member-facing communication and experience
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
Desired Qualifications
- Experience owning or administering member-facing digital, communication, or platforms (e.g., digital banking, personal financial management, messaging/communication systems) preferred
