Job Summary
Prioritize user research, studies, and suitability evaluations in coordination with Program Management for PIs and sprints. Deliver technical briefings and demonstrations to leadership, offering Course of Action and impact analysis. Assist with the technical roadmap for implementation and integration of efforts based on design maturity and suitability. Serve as a bridge between PAE Fires stakeholders, Users, and the experience modernization team. This role requires a U.S. citizen with a minimum of 10 years of Government/DoD experience and an active Secret clearance. The position is located in Huntsville, AL, within the Experience Modernization Team focused on NexGen Air and Missile Defense Product Solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset
- Proficiency with the Atlassian toolset (Jira/Confluence) for backlog management and the Microsoft Office toolset for professional deliverables
- Have a minimum of 10 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work
- Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment
- Have a bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences or mathematics
Desired Qualifications
- Have a good understanding of engineering practices within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), user research, and UX/UI design
- Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset
- Proficiency with the Atlassian toolset (Jira/Confluence) for backlog management and the Microsoft Office toolset for professional deliverables
- Have a minimum of 10 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work
- Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment
- Have a bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences or mathematics
- An additional plus is knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS
- Prior Product Owner of a SW development SCRUM team is a plus
