Experience Manager

Experience Manager oversees daily theatre operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift reporting, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This role supervises, trains, and assigns tasks to employees, manages labor and inventory to meet financial objectives, resolves guest concerns, supports Box Office/HR and In-Theatre Sales, and enforces safety, sanitation, maintenance, and security standards. It also includes accountability for Experience functions such as building R&M, image and sound, projection-related duties, and facilities coordination in collaboration with Cinema Support Center teams; requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to motivate and coach others while aligning work with company values and goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected, along with a proven record of leadership and delivering high-quality guest service.
