Job Summary
Lead the brand’s creative services ecosystem and act as the single point of accountability for integrated marketing operations. Translate business objectives into scalable programs across HCP, patient, market access, and medical audiences; ensure MLR-ready, compliant, high-quality, on-time delivery; build senior-level partnerships across marketing, sales training, research, and analytics; manage demand intake, prioritization, and resource coordination; maintain an integrated roadmap and dashboards to inform decisions; guide cross-functional teams and vendors to maximize reuse of modular content while maintaining regulatory compliance. This hybrid role is based in Wilmington, DE with 10–15% travel, and requires 8+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership in regulated pharmaceutical creative operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8 years in a creative, healthcare, or pharmaceutical agency environment, or in-house creative operations, with a demonstrated blend of account management, content planning, and project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Healthcare and Regulated Industry Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Deep familiarity with MLR review processes, claims substantiation, reference management, and compliance workflows.
- Account and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional client-facing presence with a record of building and sustaining senior-level relationships across multiple business functions.
- Desirable: Advanced degree or relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Strategic Capability: Ability to speak to the category across channels and connect services delivery to brand/business objectives.
- Omni-Channel Digital Expertise: Experience across web, CRM, social, display, print, congress channels.
- Operational Excellence: Schedules, multi-workstream management, on-time delivery within shifting priorities.
- Financial Acumen: Budget management, forecasting, and resource planning within a creative services context.
- Communication: Clear briefs, status reports, editorial calendars, and MLR-ready documentation.
- Tools: JIRA, DAM/asset libraries, collaboration platforms.
