Job Summary
Assess and monitor hospice patients while providing skilled nursing care, symptom management, and medication administration. Educate and support patients and caregivers, communicate condition changes to the care team and physician, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life in the home setting. Requires current unrestricted RN/LVN license, one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Flexible scheduling with competitive pay and weekly compensation options available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within the last 12 months
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience
