Job Summary
Experience Guide – Sales Associate provides frontline guest experience leadership and retail/sales support at The NOW Fremont. Responsible for helping set the tone of the boutique, supporting the EG Lead/Supervisor and General Manager on projects such as inventory tracking, brand standards compliance (display aesthetics and cleaning), and creative community engagement, while maintaining a primary focus on achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk experiences, assisting with team meetings and training, acting as liaison between Experience Guides, Massage Therapists, and Leadership, preparing documents/reports/protocols, coordinating with group inquiries and events, participating in retail and back-of-house inventory counts, forecasting staff needs by season, and contributing to social media and marketing efforts. Ideal candidates are service-oriented, communicative, reliable, and collaborative, with commissions/bonuses tied to sales performance and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- Must understand the basic principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
- Must be able to respond to individual guest needs and adhere to The NOW Massage standards as written in the employee handbook.
- Must have excellent communication skills, be proactive with phone calls and initiating various communications with guests and staff.
- Must be computer literate with the ability to learn various software programs/applications.
- Must know how to operate printers and various other office equipment.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be customer service focused.
- Experience with Social Media functions and willingness to contribute to aspects of social pages connected to The NOW Fremont is appreciated.
- Experience with organic sales and schedule optimization or transferrable skill in these areas is required.
