Job Summary
Experience Guide responsible for the guest experience, selling enhancements and memberships, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring the seamless daily operations of the boutique. This includes greeting and assisting guests, booking appointments, promoting memberships, customizing the guest’s massage, and handling payment for services performed. Requires driving enhancement, membership, and gift-card sales; ability to open/close the boutique; resolve guest issues; maintain guest areas; collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and foster innovation; and deliver top-level service in a fast-paced environment.
