Job Summary
The Experience Guide handles guest experience, promotes services and memberships, books appointments, opens/closes the boutique, and processes payments, while maintaining a welcoming reception area and collaborating with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong guest service skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude are emphasized to drive sales of enhancements, memberships, and gift cards; duties include greeting guests, checking in clients, educating guests about services and retail offerings, and managing appointment edits/cancellations.
Required Qualifications
