Job Summary
Experience Guide at The NOW Massage Midtown Raleigh & Wake Forest, the heartbeat of the boutique and a key driver of revenue and guest satisfaction. Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out, confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance, book/adjust/manage appointments in a fast-paced system, handle guest payments with attention to detail, maintain boutique standards, support team members and leadership for smooth daily operations, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication and active listening, a friendly, outgoing, guest-focused personality, ability to multitask in a busy environment, detail orientation, and being a collaborative team player. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
