Job Summary
The Experience Guide handles guest experience at The NOW Massage boutique, driving enhancements and memberships, maintaining the reception area, booking and editing appointments, processing payments, and assisting with daily operations. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, educating on services and retail offerings, promoting memberships, opening/closing the boutique per SOPs, resolving guest issues, maintaining guest areas, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring a positive, efficient guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and service-related experience preferred
- Ability to be efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
- Strong communication skills including actively listening, empathizing, and being the subject matter expert for all things The NOW
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Possesses problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be a team player
