Job Summary
The Experience Guide is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience at The NOW Massage boutique, driving enhancement, membership, and gift card sales, and handling the booking, editing, and cancellation of massage appointments. Duties include warmly greeting guests, booking and managing appointments, promoting memberships and services, processing payments, opening/closing the boutique per SOPs, resolving guest issues, maintaining a high standard of guest areas, and collaborating with leadership to implement best practices. Ideal candidates have sales and service experience, are detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, possess strong guest service and communication skills, enjoy working with people, and are a team player with problem-solving abilities.
