Job Summary
The Experience Guide at The NOW luxury massage boutique handles reception, guest greeting, and overall daily operations. Responsibilities include managing the sauna experience from check-in to check-out, performing housekeeping and inventory tasks, answering phones, assisting guests with questions about services and products, booking all appointments, promoting memberships and retail, checking guests into the computer system, customizing massage services, and processing charges. The role requires top-level guest service, clear communication of The NOW mission, punctuality, opening/closing procedures, accurate appointment management, waivers compliance, and maintaining a clean, secure, and well-organized boutique. The candidate should be comfortable using computers, handling cash, and promoting services with a collaborative, customer-first mindset; the role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment with opportunities for growth and a diverse, inclusive team. Compensation includes a starting rate of $19.00/hour plus commission potential up to $3/hour, eligibility for health benefits, paid time off, wellness stipend, and employee discounts.
