Job Summary
Experience Designer responsible for planning and designing end-to-end user experiences across customer-facing products. Drive user-centered design processes, translate business objectives and customer needs into customer journeys and holistic product experiences, and deliver UX deliverables such as wireframes, interaction designs, prototypes, and visual design specs. Collaborate in an Agile/SCRUM environment with product managers and developers to ensure customer outcomes. Requires 2-4 years of UX/digital industry experience, a design-related bachelor's degree, and proficiency with design tools (Sketch, InVision, Abstract, and Figma). Strong communication and facilitation skills, knowledge of IA, UX best practices, and ability to work in English. Located in Warsaw three or more days per week; visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in design-related discipline (Web Design, Service Design, Experience Architecture or Information Architecture) preferred
- 2-4 years of related UX/digital industry experience
- C1 level in English; English CVs requested
- Strong knowledge of UX best practices, interactive design principles, information architecture, experience architecture, visual systems
- Familiarity with design thinking process and workshop/co-creation methods
- Experience with Sketch, InVision, Abstract; proficiency with Figma as primary tool
- Solid understanding of website architecture, web usability, and online marketing and business needs
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
