Job Summary
Experience Design Vice President for Chase Offers Ad Manager in financial services. Lead the design of B2B tools for merchants to create and manage offer campaigns, shaping user experience across the Campaign Manager, Campaign Central, and Marketplace within the Chase Offers ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing elegant, consistent interactions across web and mobile, applying information architecture and storyboarding to improve navigation and findability, conducting data-driven analyses to transform raw data into insights, and ensuring inclusive, accessible designs that serve diverse users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, align user needs with business goals, and drive strategic thinking around product design and usability. Strong emphasis on independent collaboration with technical and product partners, and delivering data-informed design decisions that enhance the overall user experience of our financial services products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services and designing B2B and internal tools
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
- Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
- Ability to work independently with technical and product partners
- Experience conceiving and executing data visualizations
- Some experience delivering designs using Jira
