Job Summary
Lead Experience Design strategy and research for enterprise banking products, shaping end-to-end user experiences across multiple product areas. Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints; mentor junior designers; drive inclusive design and accessibility; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development; analyze user research data and market trends to inform design decisions; guide planning and execution to achieve high-quality customer-centric experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes
- Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines
- Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed proposals including transformational strategies and north star representations
- Advanced technical literacy including client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and tech stack implications for UX
- Experience with fast-paced iterative design approaches with frequent testing and refinement
