Job Summary
Experience Design Vice President responsible for developing and executing design/research strategies across multiple product areas; lead end-to-end design initiatives, diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions; mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design and accessibility; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development; analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions; prototype and validate agentic experiences in partnership with engineering and AI platforms; design for trust, control, and progressive autonomy in agentic systems; translate complex agentic platforms into scalable, repeatable experience patterns; champion experience-led decision-making in fast-moving environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes
- Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines
- Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience, including transformational innovation strategies and the creation of 'north star' representations to drive customer-centric decision-making
- Advanced technical literacy, including an advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the components of the technology stack, as well as their impact on user experience
- Experience with fast-paced, iterative design approaches involving frequent testing and refining of concepts
- Experience working with and testing user-facing AI/ML applications and/or workflows
