Job Summary
Senior Experience Design Associate contributing to mid-sized features across web, mobile, and branch; apply interaction design principles to create seamless and engaging user flows; participate in iterative design processes, incorporate user feedback, and support inclusive design practices for accessible experiences; help gather market trends, user research, and behavior analyses to inform design decisions and strategic thinking; collaborate with senior UX leads to execute tasks aligning with policies and procedures and drive customer-centric innovation. Requires 2+ years in experience design or related UX discipline, proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping, familiarity with accessibility guidelines and assistive technologies, and experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in experience design or a related UX discipline within the digital product space
- Previous experience in visual design and interaction principles, with a focus on creating aesthetically appealing and functional digital experiences
- Demonstrated proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping to effectively communicate and refine design concepts
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, inclusive design practices, and assistive technologies to ensure a diverse and inclusive user experience
- Previous exposure to industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)
