Job Summary

Experience Design Senior Associate responsible for shaping user experiences in financial services by translating user needs into business-aligned design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create inclusive, accessible agentic and conversational experiences, translate data into insights for decision-making, develop experience maps and multi-modal prototypes, and partner with engineering and AI platforms to prototype and validate experiences. Emphasizes design for trust, progressive autonomy, and scalable patterns within a fast-paced, policy-driven context. Location: Brooklyn, NY; full-time role within JPMorgan Chase Digital products team.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a user experience design, conversation design, content strategy or equivalent role dedicated to creating experience that are mediated primarily through dialogues between customers and technology
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including mobile, agentic, and conversational experiences
  • Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
  • Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
  • Experience designing and validating agentic experiences in collaboration with engineering and AI platforms
  • Knowledge of agentic and conversational design patterns
  • Experience with creating experience maps and prototypes for multi-modal journeys
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align business goals with customer-centric decisions
  • Experience translating complex agentic platforms into scalable, repeatable experience patterns
  • Experience championing experience-led decision making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
