Job Summary
Lead end-to-end experience design across digital, physical, and organizational touchpoints within Cross-Product Design Strategy. Develop and execute design strategies for complex projects aligned with business objectives and user needs. Present design decisions to executives, orchestrate systems and prototyping across disciplines, diagram service flows and key touchpoints, and guide development from MVP to scalable solutions. Synthesize market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions, advocate for user needs, collaborate with user research and usability testing, and drive cross-functional delivery of customer-centric, business-aligned experiences. Focus on designing for complex ecosystems in B2B/enterprise SaaS with advanced proficiency in Figma, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, balancing research depth with timely delivery and accessibility considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in product/UX design with a track record in B2B, enterprise SaaS, and data-intensive platforms
- Expertise in service design and orchestrating complex ecosystems across digital, physical, and organizational touchpoints
- Advanced Figma proficiency and fluency in design systems
- Ability to create high-fidelity design artifacts—user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with executives and stakeholders
- Experience driving strategic design initiatives and end-to-end customer experiences that meet business goals
- Experience applying inclusive design principles and accessibility standards
