Job Summary
Experience Design Senior Associate responsible for shaping employee UX across communication and collaboration products. Responsibilities include creating user-centric designs, developing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; producing journey maps and service blueprints; collaborating with cross-functional teams and UX research to identify pain points; applying inclusive design and accessibility guidelines; driving data-driven design decisions; and contributing to the growth of UX maturity with a focus on web, mobile, and fintech-related experiences in a London-based role.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product design or similar role
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma)
- Solid understanding of interaction design and usability best practices
- Experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and impactful digital experiences
- Experience interpreting complex data into actionable insights
- Experience planning, conducting, and applying findings from user research and usability tests
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
