Job Summary
Experience Design Manager, Vice President leading strategic design initiatives for Branded Card products. Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects, diagram service flows and prototype interactions, mentor junior designers, and champion inclusive design and accessibility. Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate UX into product development, analyze market and user research data to inform decisions, and create customer-centric experiences across multiple platforms. Lead end-to-end design within a domain, shaping transformative strategies and north-star representations to guide product decisions; leverage advanced technical literacy to understand how the tech stack impacts user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles
- Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes)
- Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines
- Ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience, including the development of transformational innovation strategies and the creation of 'north star' representations
- Advanced technical literacy, including understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the components of the technology stack, as well as their impact on user experience
