Job Summary
Translate research insights and strategic direction into tangible experience concepts, prototypes, and visualizations for client engagements. Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and interaction concepts that bridge human understanding with practical design solutions. Partner with researchers, strategists, and product teams to co-create integrated experiences, prepare client-ready deliverables, and present ideas in workshops. Contribute to internal practice development by refining templates, tools, and frameworks while staying current on emerging design technologies. Fully remote with up to 25% travel for client sessions; occasional extended hours and time zone flexibility required.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in experience design, service design, UX design, or product design within consulting, agency, or product environments
- Strong ability to translate insights and strategy into clear experience concepts and visual artifacts
- Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, or similar experience design deliverables
- Mastery of manual design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Experience with prompt-based design tools
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including researchers, strategists, and product leaders
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines
- Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones, which may occasionally require schedule flexibility
- Fully remote
- Up to 25% travel for client workshops, co-creation sessions, and team collaboration
