Job Summary
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally while providing personalized assistance throughout the travel planning and coordination process. Ensure all travel-related information shared with clients is current, accurate, and complete, then maintain regular follow-up to ensure satisfaction and seamless experiences. Identify and resolve client issues efficiently to support a positive overall experience. This fully remote independent role offers flexible scheduling, access to training and industry tools, and opportunities for professional development. Prior travel industry experience is not required, as training is provided during onboarding.

- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
