Job Summary
Relationship Banker III acts as a front-line, customer-facing banking professional at a Cape Cod 5 Retail Banking Center, delivering exceptional customer care, processing deposits and loan payments, and conducting banking transactions; mentors RB I/II, identifies customer financial needs and refers to other business lines, maintains confidentiality, adheres to laws and policies, participates in center meetings and coaching, supports opening/closing activities, promotes deposit and loan products, and demonstrates judgement, problem-solving, and cyber security awareness; requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred), NMLS registration, and Notary Public commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration
- Notary Public commission
- Minimum two years banking experience
- Ability to mentor RB I and RB II team members
- Ability to independently complete transactions and all platform services (transactions, account opening, home equity loans and lines, IRAs, etc.)
- Ability to execute more complex account openings and transactions independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment
