Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day T&E and invoice allocation processes and provide leadership across the BXCI Expense Team, including coaching junior members, setting priorities, and ensuring coverage for critical workflows. Lead expense report reviews for policy adherence and allocation procedures, escalate exceptions, and contribute to status reporting on approvals and aging. Serve as a resource for employee questions on T&E allocations and expense processes. Manage system ownership for Expense Allocation System (EAS) and Concur, including documentation, training materials, and user support, with a focus on process improvement, risk mitigation, and faster cycle times. Drive projects to improve controls, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience while maintaining strong governance and policy compliance. Ensure effective stakeholder management, provide technical guidance on related workflows, and collaborate with partners to resolve recurring system/process issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, expense operations, invoice allocation, T&E allocation, or related functions
  • 2+ years of people/team leadership experience
  • hands-on experience with expense management systems such as Concur and EAS, including workflow approvals, reporting, and troubleshooting/user support
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; highly detail-oriented with a strong control mindset
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivots, lookups, reconciliation support)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize issues and make recommendations
